Terms of Use
Last updated: 29 July 2026By using this site and submitting our application, you agree to these terms. Please read section 2 carefully, because it defines what we do and, more importantly, what we do not do.
1. What this service is
Fund Source Group operates a lead generation and referral service. We collect an application, verify some of what is in it, and introduce you to one third-party funding partner whose lending criteria you appear to meet.
2. What we are not
Fund Source Group is not a lender, a broker of record, a bank, or a financial advisor. We do not lend money, we do not make credit decisions, we do not set rates, terms, fees or amounts, and we do not approve or decline anyone. All of that is done by the funding partner you are matched with, under their own criteria and their own agreement with you.
We are an independently owned business with no government affiliation. We are not the Small Business Administration and we are not affiliated with it or any other government agency.
3. Nothing here is a guarantee
Submitting an application does not mean you will be approved for or offered funding, and does not entitle you to any particular amount, rate or term.
- Approval is not guaranteed. Not every applicant qualifies.
- Funding speed is not guaranteed. Some partners can send funds in as little as 24 hours after they approve an applicant. Whether that happens for you depends on your file, the product and the partner. Any timeframe on this site is an illustration of what is possible, not a commitment.
- Amounts and pricing are not guaranteed. Any figure shown on this site is illustrative.
4. Your authorizations
When you check the boxes on our application you are giving two separate permissions:
- Contact. You authorize us and the funding partner you are matched with to contact you at the phone number and email you provided, including by automated calls and text messages, about business funding. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can withdraw it at any time, see section 6.
- Consumer report. You instruct us in writing, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, to obtain a consumer report about you by soft inquiry and to share the result with the funding partner you are matched with. A soft inquiry does not affect your credit score and is not a hard credit check.
You may also be asked to complete a one-time passcode sent by text. If you do not complete it, no application is created.
5. Accuracy and authority
You agree that the information you provide is true and accurate, that you are at least 18, and that you are an owner or an authorized representative of the business you are applying on behalf of. Providing false information may mean your application is not shared with anyone.
6. Withdrawing consent
Reply STOP to any text, email jack@athelion.io, or tell whoever calls you. We add you to our internal do-not-contact list and honour the request within 10 business days. The funding partner you were matched with maintains their own list, so you may need to tell them directly as well.
7. Exclusive referral
Your application is referred to one funding partner. We do not sell it to a list of buyers and we do not resell it. Every partner we may refer you to is named at fundsourcegroup.com/partners.
8. Your relationship with the funding partner
Any agreement you enter into is between you and that partner. We are not a party to it, we do not receive or hold your funds, and we are not responsible for their conduct, their pricing, their decisions or their performance. Review anything they send you carefully, and consider having your own advisor look at it.
9. No professional advice
Everything on this site is general information only. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and it does not account for your particular circumstances. Consult your own professional advisors before taking on funding.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fund Source Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of this site, from a referral, or from any dealings with a funding partner. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
